Cancellation and No Show Policy

   At Roanoke Pediatrics our desire is to serve the needs of you and your family to the best of our ability.  We value your time and seek to have you roomed and seen promptly.  In return, we ask that you arrive for your visits on time.  That way, we can give you the attention you deserve while respecting the next patient’s time as well.

   Kids are unpredictable. We understand things happen and plans change. Please give us 24 hours notice if you would like to change or cancel an appointment so we can open that time slot up to another patient.  

• No Show: If a patient has an appointment and does not come without notice.  After two no shows you may be dismissed from being seen at the practice.  
• Late: If you are more than 10 minutes late on three occasions you may be dismissed from the practice.  
• Late cancel: if you cancel appointments with <24 hours notice on three occasions you may be dismissed from the practice.  
• Threatening or overly rude behavior: We want to always treat you and your children with compassion and respect.  In return we can not tolerate threatening or overly rude behavior.
